Chili Feed and Auction.  Bring snacks that go with chili to share.  Sierra Club will furnish chili and beverages.  A portion of the funds raised will provide Hawthorne School second graders a field trip to Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center and other community service projects.  This is our only local fundraiser and the things that sell well are homegrown and homemade food items, things loved by outdoors folks and just about anything else you might think is fun.

“Slides of the Yukon and Alaska” - Donna Popp.  Donna spent some time this summer in the Yukon and Alaska and will share slides and observations about this vast and gorgeous area.
